Living Area:
The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a water dispenser and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Simurg accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a TV, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a balcony.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 12 m, Width: 3.3 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a pergola, a children's swing, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally located next to Villa Muhil, making it a perfect choice for larger groups wishing to book two adjacent villas together.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
