Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table, internet access, and a dining table.

Kitchen:
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, oven, 4-ring hob, cutlery set, pots and pans set, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tamara 1 accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The second bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A bedroom with two double beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. (Please confirm bed configuration).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 6.4 m, Width: 4.3 m, Depth: 1.7 m). Pool heating is available for a daily fee of £30.
• Pool Terrace: The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue and a dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Tamara 1 is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, offering unique sea views while being conveniently close to the town centre.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
