Living Room:
A bright and luxurious sea-facing living room featuring a stylish seating area, a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player and satellite receiver, air conditioning, an 8-person dining table and a separate WC. Large sliding glass doors open fully onto the terrace, merging the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kitchen:
A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with glossy white finishes. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, a built-in 4-ring oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee machine, a water dispenser and a complete set of kitchenware for 8 guests.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 8 guests across 4 ensuite bedrooms, all with air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside tables.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A sea-view family suite with a double bed, a dressing table and a  bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): A double bedroom with a dressing table, a balcony, and a bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (First Floor): A twin bedroom (with two single beds), a dressing table, a balcony and a bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 (First Floor): A double bedroom with a dressing table, a balcony, a private Jacuzzi and a bathroom.

Bathrooms:

• The villa has 4 private ensuite bathrooms, one for each bedroom.

Garden, Terrace & Leisure:
The villa features a large, private stone-paved terrace and garden area centered around the magnificent pool. It is furnished with sun loungers and includes a barbecue. For entertainment, the garden offers a table tennis table and a swing. The pool area is protected and private.

A stunning sea-view pool. Dimensions: 11m (length) x 4m (width). Depth: 1.5m.

• Safety & Security: The property is equipped with a security camera.
• Convenience: Includes a hairdryer and an iron.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Nymphe enjoys a fantastic location overlooking Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, within easy walking distance of the town centre, many beaches and restaurants.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
