The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. It provides a warm and inviting space for relaxation and socialising.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Begonya accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and a private jacuzzi.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private jacuzzi within the room, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a large and spacious garden (Length: 10.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden Games: The garden features a table tennis table and a foosball table for outdoor entertainment.
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Begonya is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
