Living Area:
The spacious living area offers partial sea views. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV, a dining table for 6 and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities and a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. Access to the pool terrace is available from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:
Villa Serta accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom. This room enjoys sea views.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The garden and pool terrace are furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a table tennis table and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient base in the heart of Kalkan.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
