Ideally suited for large families and groups of friends, our villa, close to the centre, has been meticulously designed to offer you a perfect holiday. All furniture used in our villa, which draws attention with its luxurious and comfortable structure, is comfortable and of the highest quality. The layout of our villa consists of two bedrooms and a living room on the lowest floor, a living room and American kitchen on the entrance floor, one bedroom on the first floor, and one bedroom in the attic. Our rental villa, featuring a jacuzzi in one bedroom, has a very large usable area. In the garden of our villa, where you can spend pleasant hours accompanied by the view, there is a barbecue and dining table for your mealtimes. You can have a pleasant holiday in our luxury rental villa close to the centre and the sea, and create beautiful memories with your loved ones. Living Area:
The living area on the main floor is spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, an LCD TV, a satellite receiver, a modem, and a dining table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace. On the lower floor, there is an additional living room furnished with a seating group, a TV unit, a TV, and a foosball table.

Kitchen:
The modernly designed, fully-equipped American kitchen includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining table, a dining set, cutlery set, pots and pans.

Bedrooms:
Villa Loca accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The third bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with air conditioning, a wardrobe, nightstands, a balcony, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A single bedroom with air conditioning, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Dimensions: 10 m x 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden: The garden features the private pool, a seating group, a barbecue, a garden table, and sun loungers.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
• Please note: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening, by the staff overseeing the villa. A foosball table is available in the lower floor living room.
• This villa is 200 metres from the sea and 1.5 km from Kalkan town centre.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Loca is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, only 200 metres from the sea and 1.5 km from Kalkan town centre.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
