A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen featuring high-quality appliances including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. It is supplied with all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Living Room:
A spacious and inviting open-plan living and dining area, flooded with natural light. It features comfortable contemporary furniture, a satellite TV and a decorative fireplace. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.

Bedrooms:
The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 well-appointed bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.
  All bedrooms are decorated in a calm, modern style.

Bathrooms:

The villa has 3 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa offers a private outdoor area centred around the pool. The terrace is furnished for sunbathing and alfresco dining, complete with a built-in barbecue, ideal for social gatherings and enjoying the Kalkan climate.

Private Swimming Pool:An inviting private pool set within a sunny terrace. Perfect for cooling off and relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers provided. Dimensions: 8m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.6m. 

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is situated in a residential area; we kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbours, particularly by keeping noise levels moderate after 23:00.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Villa Vala is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
