Kitchen:
A large, family-friendly and fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided.

Living Room:
A spacious and comfortable open-plan living and dining area with ample seating for the whole family, a satellite TV and direct access to the pool terrace and garden.

Bedrooms:
The villa is perfectly configured for 8 guests across 4 comfortable bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 4: A second twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

The villa has 4 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
A key feature of this villa is its large, private, and fully enclosed garden, providing a safe space for children to play. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols and a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue is ideal for family meals.

• Main Swimming Pool: A large and inviting private pool. Dimensions: 9m (length) x 4m (width). Depth: 1.5m.
• Children's Pool: A shallow pool perfect for young children. Dimensions: 2.5m (length) x 2m (width). Depth: 0.5m.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Zya is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan centre. It’s a quiet, family-friendly, offering a tranquil retreat while remaining within easy driving distance of the town's amenities and beaches.  

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
