A bright and modern open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a satellite TV, air conditioning and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A sleek, fully-equipped modern kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full set of kitchenware for 6 people.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A sea-view double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): A sea-view double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, a private ensuite bathroom, and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 3 (Lower Ground Floor): A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe. It has a dedicated private bathroom located directly outside the room.

Bathrooms:

The villa has three modern bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a private ensuite bathroom, with Bedroom 2's featuring a jacuzzi. Bedroom 3 has a dedicated private bathroom located just outside the room.

Garden & Terrace:
A private terrace surrounds the inviting swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Private Swimming Pool: Dimensions: 7.5m (length) x 3.5m (width). Depth: 1.5m.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Laren Duo is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
