Living Area:
Located on the 1st floor, the living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and a dining table with chairs.

Kitchen:
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, toaster, kettle, a dining set, cutlery set, pots, pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Vita accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. The third bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): A twin bedroom with two single beds, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): A double bedroom with a terrace, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 5.5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
