The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa The Heavenly House accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a spacious terrace (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The garden and furnished terraces provide pleasant outdoor living space for relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
