A bright, open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the stunning sea views. It is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, a satellite TV, air conditioning and features direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A sleek, fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-quality appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 elegant and spacious bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes and, most importantly, direct sea views.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony/terrace access.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony/terrace access.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony/terrace access.

Bathrooms:
The villa features 3 modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a spacious terrace, designed to complement the panoramic sea views ( Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the unparalleled scenery.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.
