Bedrooms:
Villa Melisa 1 accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Access to the attic floor is available from this room.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
