Villa Cheers offers breathtaking sea views, bringing Kalkan to your feet. It is one of our most preferred villas for large families, honeymoon couples, and groups of friends. The villa is arranged with the American kitchen and living room on the ground floor, two sea-view ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, and one sea-view bedroom on the second floor. Furnished with extremely comfortable amenities for the relaxation of its guests, Villa Cheers boasts a spacious and functional pool terrace. It promises its guests an unforgettable holiday.

Living Area:
The sea-view living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, a sink, iron and ironing board, and a guest toilet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, and a dining set for 6 people.

Bedrooms:
Villa Cheers accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views, a balcony, and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A bedroom with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. (Please confirm the bed configuration for 6 guests).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A stunning private swimming pool with breathtaking sea views, featuring a saltwater system (Length: 8.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue, and a swing.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This villa is located within walking distance to Kalkan town centre, offering stunning sea views.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
