Living Area:
The luxurious living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 8.

Bedrooms:
Villa Laoda accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (except the twin room), a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The twin beds in bedroom 3 can be joined.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds (which can be joined).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Infinity Pool: A beautiful private infinity pool with stunning sea views (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally located next to its twin property, Villa Deida, making it a perfect choice for larger groups wishing to book two adjacent villas together.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
