• Games Room: A fantastic entertainment space featuring a foosball table, a table tennis table and a billiard table.
• Gym: The villa includes a small, well-equipped gym for guest use.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 6 guests in 3 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning and storage.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Private Pool: A private swimming pool (6.5m x 5.5m, depth: 1.7m) set on a terrace.
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide space for sunbathing, relaxation, and enjoying the views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Important Notes:

• Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee of £120 per week. For hygiene reasons, the maximum pool temperature is 28°C. Please note that pool heating is not activated for stays shorter than 5 nights.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
