The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Hillside accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with wonderful sea views, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 9 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The spacious garden and pool terrace are furnished with a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a garden dining table and chairs, and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a comfortable and scenic base with easy sea access.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Hillside is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan centre. This elevated position offers a peaceful setting with stunning sea views, while still being conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and within walking distance of the sea.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
