Living Area:
The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table, a plasma TV, a DVD player, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a guest WC and ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 8.

Bedrooms:
Villa Panorama accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all offering stunning sea views and each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a washbasin.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

• Shallow Pool: A separate shallow pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m).

• Pool Terrace: The expansive terrace is beautifully furnished with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, a garden seating group, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is an entertainment paradise for all ages, with its four unique water features and stunning sea views from every room.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
