The spacious and elegantly furnished living area offers beautiful sea views and features a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. It provides a sophisticated and inviting space for relaxation.

The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes high-quality appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils.

Entertainment Room:
The villa includes a separate entertainment room with a billiards table, providing an additional space for fun and relaxation.

Bedrooms:
Villa Bride Premium accommodates guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with sea views, air conditioning and ample storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 13 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the panoramic coastal scenery.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
