Living Area:
The modern living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the main pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Moonset accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also includes a bathtub.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Entertainment & Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool, perfect for year-round swimming (Length: 5 m, Width: 2.3 m, Depth: 1.2 m). Pool heating can be activated for an additional daily charge.
• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Cinema & Activity Room: A dedicated cinema and activity room for movie nights and fun.
• Pool Table: A pool table (billiards) for indoor entertainment.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A stunning main swimming pool with magnificent sea views (Length: 10.5 m, Width: 3.6 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Pool Heating:
The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30 (or equivalent). Please request this service at the time of booking.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Villa Moonset is ideally situated on the hillside above Kalkan town centre, offering a peaceful setting with spectacular panoramic views over the town and the Mediterranean Sea. It is just a 5-minute drive from the centre, providing easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
