The villa boasts a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped modern kitchen. It includes high-end appliances and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils to cater to all culinary desires.

Indoor Entertainment & Wellness Complex:
This villa features a dedicated indoor luxury complex that includes:

• Indoor Pool Area: A private heated indoor swimming pool with loungers, a seating area and a bar (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Sauna & Hamam: A private sauna and an authentic Turkish bath (hamam) within the indoor complex.
• Games Room: Featuring a billiards table.
• Cinema Room: A dedicated private home cinema room.
• Fitness Gym: A well-equipped private gym.

Bedrooms:
Villa Yana accommodates guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ample storage and designed to the highest standards.

3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: A large and beautiful private outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 13 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the panoramic coastal vista.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pools and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Important Pool Heating Policy: Heating for the indoor pool is included in the rental price for stays until the end of May. For stays from June onwards, indoor pool heating is available for an additional fee of £50 per day.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Yana is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, known for its exclusive properties and spectacular coastal views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
