The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Villa Batum accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
