The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes high-quality appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils.

• Indoor Pool: A private heated indoor pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 0.9 m).
• Sauna: A private traditional sauna for relaxation and detoxification.
• Turkish Bath (Hamam): An authentic private Turkish bath (hamam) for a truly relaxing experience.

The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: A large and beautiful private outdoor swimming pool , set within a spacious terrace (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).

• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool is available in the outdoor area.

• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional fee of £50 per day. 
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located luxury villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
