Located on the ground floor, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The kitchen enjoys sea views.

Bedrooms:
Villa Lotus accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): A twin room with two single beds and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor - Master): A stunning double bedroom with a terrace and a private jacuzzi.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 5.5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m). The pool terrace enjoys stunning sea views.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
