A modern, fully-equipped American-style kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, water dispenser, an 8-person dining set and all necessary pots, pans, cutlery and glassware.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing tables and a private sea-view balcony.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have their own private bathroom as well.

• Private Pool: A private swimming pool (7.5m x 5m, depth: 1.5m).
• Garden: The garden features a sunbathing terrace, parasols, sun loungers, a garden seating set, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a practical outdoor shower.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated barbecue area is available.

Located in the scenic Kisla area, this villa offers a privileged vantage point to enjoy breathtaking views. As the day ends, you can witness the spectacular sunset behind the mountains. The vista over Kalkan harbour is particularly captivating at dusk, when the twinkling lights of the old town begin to dot the mountainside, creating a truly magical scene.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
