The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Games Room:
The villa includes a separate entertainment room with a satellite TV, providing an additional space for relaxation and fun.

Bedrooms:
Villa Baysal 2 accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a large and spacious garden (Length: 6 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden Amenities: The extensive garden features an outdoor shower, a children's play area and a swing.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue and plenty of space is perfect for alfresco meals and leisure.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
