Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The suite features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Suit No Name accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a balcony, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a TV. (Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3).
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and air conditioning. (Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2).

Bathrooms:
The suite has two modern bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate family bathroom.

Indoor Wellness & Entertainment (Lower Floor):

• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience.
• Games & Fitness Area: A dedicated lower floor featuring:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool area is independent.
• Garden & Terrace: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The suite is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This suite occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of a 4-storey building. It has its own independent entrance and pool area.
• This suite is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a luxurious and entertaining escape with extensive wellness and fitness facilities.
• The suite is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This suite enjoys a prime central location, within easy walking distance of Kalkan town centre, markets, restaurants and the beach, offering the ultimate convenience for exploring everything Kalkan has to offer.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
