Living Area:
The spacious and comfortably furnished living area features satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides a welcoming social space for relaxation and includes a dining area.

Kitchen:
The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils.

Wellness Facilities:

• Sauna: A private sauna for relaxation and detoxification.

Bedrooms:
Villa Cihan accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Dual Pool Feature: The villa features both a large outdoor swimming pool and a private indoor swimming pool.
• Outdoor Pool: A beautiful private outdoor pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Indoor Pool: A private heated indoor pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pools and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Heating for both the indoor and outdoor pools is optional and available for an additional fee (£30 per day for the indoor pool, £50 per day for the outdoor pool). 
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Cihan is set in the sought-after Ortaalan neighbourhood in the centre of Kalkan, combining a quiet location with the convenience of being within walking distance of the town centre.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
