Kitchen:
A practical and fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary cookware, crockery, and cutlery for preparing group meals. A washing machine is also provided.

Living Room:
A spacious and comfortable open-plan living and dining area with ample seating, a satellite TV and access to the outdoor terrace.

Bedrooms:
The villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 4: A second twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

The villa has 4 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa features a private pool terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. A shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue provides a great space for al fresco meals and socialising.

Private Swimming Pool: A lovely private pool set on a sunny terrace. Dimensions: 8m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.5m.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
