The villa boasts a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped modern kitchen. It includes high-end appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils.

• Private Pool: A beautiful infinity-edge private swimming pool with stunning sea views, set within a spacious terrace (Length: 6 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the unparalleled coastal panorama.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
