The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Villa Su Tekin accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a wardrobe and a dressing table.

• Garden: A fantastic entertainment area featuring a billiards table, table tennis and darts.
• Terraces & Amenities: Multiple furnished terraces provide space for sunbathing and relaxation. The area also includes an outdoor shower, a barbecue and an outdoor dining set.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
