A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with high-quality appliances including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is supplied with all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery for preparing meals.

A bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring comfortable contemporary furniture, a satellite TV and large glass doors that open directly onto the main pool terrace, flooding the space with light and offering uninterrupted sea views.

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 luxurious ensuite bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe and direct access to a terrace. Features a luxurious ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe. Features a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe. Features a private ensuite bathroom.

The villa has 5 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa offers extensive outdoor living space across multiple terraces. Furnished with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining set with a built-in barbecue, it is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and entertaining while enjoying the panorama.

Private Swimming Pool: A beautiful private pool set on a large terrace with stunning sea views. Dimensions: 8m (length) x 2.5m (width). Depth: 1.6m.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged.
