The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes a guest toilet.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans sets, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Bay View accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. All bedrooms have double beds.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest toilet in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Dimensions: 8.5 m x 3.5 m, Depth: 1.7 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, tables and chairs, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
