The luxurious sea-view living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite receiver, coffee table, iron and ironing board, and a dining table with chairs. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, toast maker, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sakin accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. The master bedroom offers direct access to the pool terrace.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8.5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table, and a seating group.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa is a short distance from Kalkan town centre, markets and restaurants, and the beach is a 5-minute drive away.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
