Living Area:
Located on the ground floor with stunning sea views, the living area is furnished with a modern comfortable seating group, a dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace and includes a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with stunning sea and island views. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Nova Duo accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, most with stunning sea views, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedroom 1 offers direct access to the pool terrace.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with sea views and a private jacuzzi. (Access to pool terrace)
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with sea views.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds and sea views.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Indoor Wellness & Entertainment:

• Hammam & Sauna: A private Turkish hammam and sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
• Games Area: A dedicated space featuring a pool table (billiards) .

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Heated Pool: A lovely large outdoor swimming pool which can be heated (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Pool Heating:

• The outdoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
