The villa has 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a wardrobe, a sea view and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed, sea view, ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, sea view, ensuite bathroom, and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, sea view, ensuite bathroom.

Garden & Terrace:
The villa has a private garden and terrace area furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
