Villa Dama is a spacious and comfortable holiday rental villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, offering unique sea views. Accommodating up to 7 guests, our villa is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table, internet access and a dining table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, oven, 4-ring hob, cutlery set, pots and pans set, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Dama accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A bedroom with two double beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, and a wardrobe. (This bedroom does not have a private bathroom).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have private en-suite bathrooms. There is no private bathroom for Bedroom 4; guests in this room will need to use the facilities in the other bathrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 6.4 m, Width: 4.3 m, Depth: 1.7 m).
• Pool Terrace: The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Location:
Villa Dama is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
