The spacious and bright living area is comfortably furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a dining table and provides direct access to the pool terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The villa features a modern, fully-equipped American-style (open-plan) kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Rooftop Terrace:
The villa boasts a rooftop terrace with a seating group, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy panoramic sea views.

Bedrooms:
Villa Cassa Sole accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all located on the 1st floor and equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and bedside tables.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a TV and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool, set within a spacious terrace (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces on the ground and rooftop levels provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: The pool terrace includes a dining set, sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note that pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening, by our staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot and is within easy reach of the sea.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
