A bright, open-plan living area with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and elegant, comfortable seating. It is equipped with a satellite TV, air conditioning and a decorative fireplace. The space offers direct access to the main terrace and pool, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen:
A sleek, fully-equipped modern kitchen featuring high-quality appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. A practical breakfast bar is also available.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 8 guests in 4 well-appointed bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, and stunning views.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

The villa features 4 modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
