The villa features a spacious and elegantly furnished living area with satellite TV and air conditioning. It provides a sophisticated and comfortable space for relaxation and socialising.

Kitchen:
The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes high-quality appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils.

Entertainment & Wellness Facilities:

• Cinema Room: A dedicated private home cinema room.
• Indoor Pool: A private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.0 m).
• Sauna: A private sauna for relaxation (important usage conditions apply, see notes).
• Games Area: An entertainment space featuring a billiards table and a foosball table.

Bedrooms:
Villa Nautilus accommodates guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with air conditioning and ample storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: A large and beautiful private outdoor swimming pool (Length: 10 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pools and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Pool heating is available for an additional fee of £200 per week. Important Sauna Policy: The sauna is available for a maximum of 1 hour per day. Please note that the sauna is only activated for guests who have paid for pool heating.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Nautilus is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
