The comfortable sea-view living area is furnished with a seating group, a flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, a washbasin, and provides direct access to the pool terrace. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of dinnerware and kitchen utensils.

Activity Room:
A dedicated entertainment space featuring a private home cinema room, a table tennis table and a foosball table, providing fun for all ages.

Bedrooms:
Villa Husam accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all with sea views, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a balcony.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has 6 modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a spacious terrace (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the panoramic sea and town views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a garden swing is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Husam is set in the sought-after Ortaalan neighbourhood in the centre of Kalkan, combining a quiet location with the convenience of being within a 10-minute walk of the town centre, while still offering lovely panoramic and sea views. The beach is approximately 1.5 km away.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
