Living Area:
The luxurious living area offers stunning sea views. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table for 6, a plasma TV, a DVD player, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a water dispenser, a filter coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sare Deluxe accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have balconies.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with sea views, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 11 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining, with direct access from the living area.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat in a central Kalkan location.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
