Living Area:
The sea-view living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a coffee table, and a DVD player. It offers direct access to the poolside.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, a dining set, a dining table, and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Alis Duo accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): An en-suite, sea-view room with a double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi, a private sauna, air conditioning, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: An en-suite, sea-view room with a double bed, nightstands, a bergere chair, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and air conditioning. (This bedroom does not have a private bathroom; a shared bathroom is located nearby).

Bathrooms:
The villa has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have private en-suite bathrooms. A separate, common bathroom is available for Bedroom 3 and other guests.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Pool: A private swimming pool with a jacuzzi system, which is sheltered (Length: 14 m, Width: 4.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool (Length: 2 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 0.8 m).
• Pool Terrace: The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, and a dining table. Table tennis and foosball are also available by the pool.

Entertainment:

• Cinema Room: A dedicated cinema room is available for guests' use.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Necessary precautions have been taken to ensure the sunbathing terrace and pool are not visible from the outside, however, the privacy of other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed. Bedroom 3 uses a shared bathroom. The villa has private, closed parking. It is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
