Kitchen:
A sleek, modern and fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Living Room:
A bright and inviting open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a satellite TV and large glass doors that open directly to the pool terrace, bringing the outdoors in.

Bedrooms:
The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 well-appointed bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

The villa features four modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each bedroom, all equipped with a shower, WC, and basin. 

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa features a private pool terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols, offering lovely views. A shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for meals outdoors.

Private Swimming Pool:

A lovely private pool with a relaxing atmosphere. Dimensions: 7m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.7m.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

You can easily explore the heart of Kalkan on foot, immersing yourself in its vibrant atmosphere, yet return to the privacy and tranquility of your own luxury villa within minutes.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
