Kitchen:
A modern, high-specification kitchen fully equipped with premium appliances including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. It is supplied with all necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided.

Living Room:
An expansive and elegantly furnished open-plan living and dining area, featuring comfortable seating, a satellite TV and large glass doors that provide seamless access to the pool terrace and garden.

Bedrooms:
The villa luxuriously accommodates 6 guests in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, and an elegant ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with air conditioning, wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:

The villa has three modern ensuite bathrooms, one privately dedicated to each of the three bedrooms. All bathrooms are finished to a high standard and equipped with a shower, WC, and basin.

Wellness & Leisure Facilities:

• Private Swimming Pool: An impressive large private pool. Dimensions: 12m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.5m.
• Private Sauna: A traditional Finnish-style sauna for ultimate relaxation and detoxification.
• Private Home Cinema: A dedicated, professionally set-up private home cinema room with comfortable seating, perfect for movie nights and entertainment regardless of the weather.

Garden & Outdoor Areas:
The villa is set within private grounds with a large terrace surrounding the pool, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue provides the ideal setting for alfresco meals and socialising.

Security & Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for this high-amenity property. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
