Living Area:
A spacious and comfortable living room furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. The room offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A modern, fully-equipped American-style kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, water dispenser, kettle, toaster, a 6-person dining set and all necessary kitchenware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. It also has access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing tables and an armchair (berjer).

• Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) featuring a private Jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom featuring a private Jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 4 modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: 1.6m) featuring a separate children's pool within it, making it family-friendly.
• Terraces & Garden: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating set and a stone barbecue with an outdoor dining table.
• Additional Amenities: The villa also features a swing and a table tennis table for guest entertainment.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Pets are not allowed at this villa.
• Parties or group events are not permitted.
• Suitable for children (ages 2-12) and infants (0-2).
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Unregistered extra guests are not permitted.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Villa Lumiere 2 is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
