The spacious and modern living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. It includes a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Liya Duo accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a hairdryer, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• This modern villa is ideally suited for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient base in a prime Kalamar location.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
