Villa Diamante is a stunning villa located right in the heart of Kalkan centre, offering breathtaking sea views that bring Kalkan to your feet. Perfectly suited for large families, honeymoon couples, or groups of friends, this villa is one of our most preferred properties. It features a private jacuzzi on the terrace of the master bedroom, where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery, and a spacious, functional pool terrace. Every detail has been considered for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, leaving guests only to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, satellite receiver, internet access, air conditioning, and a beautiful fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Bedrooms:
Villa Diamante accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi on its terrace. Each bedroom includes a dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, and nightstand.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private jacuzzi on the terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a private toilet.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private en-suite bathrooms, while Bedroom 3 has a private toilet.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.8 m).
• Pool Terrace: The spacious terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden set, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue, and even a swing for a touch of fun.
• Jacuzzi: Private jacuzzi located on the master bedroom's terrace.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Location:
This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
