The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, plasma TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and ironing facilities. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ardic accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a vanity table, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a private jacuzzi. This room enjoys stunning sea views.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also enjoys stunning sea views.
• Bedroom 3: A family room with one double bed and one single bed, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large, sheltered private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun in privacy while admiring the magnificent sea views (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is ideal for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
