The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table, and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, including pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.

Bedrooms:
Villa Alen accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, a dressing table, and a wardrobe.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The outdoor area features sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue area.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
• Please note: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, in the morning.
• This villa is located 1 km from Kalkan town centre.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
